durch meinen beruflichen und persönlichen Werdegang. 
Die Themen Resonanz, Kommunikation,
Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Lebenslanges Lernen
sind meine Spezialgebiete.
In Beziehung zu gehen ist ein wichtiger Baustein meiner Arbeit,
es macht Nachthaltiges Lernen und Entwicklung erst möglich.
Außerdem achte ich als systemisch denkender Mensch auf
Ganzheitlichkeit und erkenne Zusammenhänge.

Ich sehe mich auch als kreative Brückenbauerin und
gestalte gerne mit.
